when I arrived, I woudl have expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but instead faced a broken fridge held together by duct tape and a lingering odor reminiscent of a public restroom. maid service every third day? how quaint. I almost left a nice review, but the pettiness of it all just couldn’t go unnoticed.
